99 cavalier 2.4 random occasional stalling

I've seen a few posts about stalling, but I'm not sure I'm going to get the same answers.
About a month ago my cav would randomly stall after coming off the hwy. Ive since had the rear O2 sensor, fuel filter, ignition coil and plugs replaced. I still had the problem so removed and cleaned the IAC motor. It's running beautifully, but she's still occasionally stalling (maybe once every couple of days) when I'm slowing down, even in the city now, and sometimes if I make a quick left - Any thoughts on what to tackle next?
Thanks!

My stalling turned out to be the MAP sensor vacuum line being barely still attached....would suggest looking for vacuum leaks maybe...also any check engine light>?.

Does it stumble then stall or just cut out?

If it only stalls once it's hot, then it could be a bad thermostat. That happened to my wife's 1996 2.4L. It ran fine when it was cold, but then after it was warmed up it would run rough and stall when you stopped at a red light. Basically, the out-of-calibration thermostat was telling the computer that the car was cold and so the computer gave it a too-rich fuel mixture, which was fine until the car warmed up. (The equivalent of leaving the choke on for you old timers.)

What? The thermostat only regulates the temp it is a mechanical device no electronics. The coolant temp sensor could be bad giving wrong data to the computer but the computer would detect that and throw code(s)

Have a nice day.

Jordan is right. I meant the temperature sensor not the thermostat.
But Jordan is wrong in that It doesn't necessarily throw codes. My wife's car did not throw codes when it exhibited this problem of running rough and stalling after becoming warm.
