my ex-wife has an '89 celebrity v-6, only 49,000 miles, it was running good but began to run poorly, her boyfriend removed front valve cover and one of the rocker arms does not move...my question: what are the possible failures that would cause a "dead" valve? camshaft? valve push-rod? broken spring? I have not looked at it myself but plan on taking a look to see if it could be an inexpensive fix or if she needs engine pull-out to replace camshaft or something? gotta take a look soon, she's driving my spare jeep! thanks!
