alright i have a 2001 cavalier z24 and im wondering what the relay is under the radiator cover the number us 12177235 d00 please help
you sure your not confusing it for the "crash sensor" which will deploy the airbags?
Can you take a picture to help notice the exact location and the way it all looks?
There could be a DRL or headlights relay or something else. but I don't know if it's in the front or the rear of the radiator top
this relay is in the front of the airconditioning. like if you would take the cover off the front of the car (the radiator and airconditioning cover i think thats whats its called)

most likely the G sensor to deploy the airbags and shut off the fuel pump IIRC
It does sound like a crash sensor should be somewhere ahead of the radiator and A/C.
