starting to go crazy......need help

OK let's start off this is an '01 sun fire 2200 engine automatic. A girl brought me her car due to a no start issue, so first thing I noticed was starter wasn't engaging, so we replaced that.....
Next decided to check the ignition, wires fell apart, and plugs were toast, so replaced......
Crank sensore was faulty. Replaced that.....
Battery tested putting out 12.6 volts......
Injectors are getting fuel and functioning as they should.....
Engine turns but doesn't start, first started due to someone topping up coolant and leaving cap off, coolant is the only thing I haven't replaced as trying to get her to start then will add coolant to see where exactly the coolant was going, before cap was left off and went all over the place.she claimed light went on and when she went into the store car wouldn't start.pressing on gas peddle to assist is nothing.....
Ignition switch seems OK minus the jiggling needed to turn the key.engine coolant sensor still needs replacement coils, wires and plugs new.

Sorry for long wording figured would try to be in detail, I'm sure forgot something I did any help would be awesome my car misses the garage lol

Theft light on?

IF the key needs to be jiggled it could be displacing the hall effect sensors in the ignition switch causing a false reading and tripping the theft system (kills injectors)

Getting spark? How do you know fuel pressure is adequate?

How about compression? With all the stuff you replaced I Would not be surprised if this car has not run in a long time...

How did you diagnose the crank sensor?

No theft light, sorry wrong word for crank lol, was broken and burnt lol, signal going in none to pcm. Tons of spark , fuel pressure didn't get to as she never mentioned problems before I might have to get pressure gauge, compression I'll check again forgot the numbers as I tested it after I put the starter in cause the moron who tried to diag said no compression.....wouldn't expect compression without a starter lol,she did say never had a problem until it died lol, I'm at point replacing engine might be better for her

So, just to understand, she ran low on coolant?

Are you getting crank signal at the pcm now? The reason I ask is crank signal goes from crank sensor to the icm, (under coil packs) then from there to the pcm. the pcm still could be lacking a crank signal and the icm could be at fault.

I sadly don't remember testing the signal on crank sensor been so long, over the years I think I forgot so much on the j platform lol
