Condensation/moisture inside cabin..help!

Ok, I'm a little lost on where to start diagnosing this. I'm finding as soon as the temperature drops at night time, or there is high humidity, the inside of my windshield develops a consistent layer of condensation. It's much more prevalent with cool and damp air. During the summer, on high heat and humid days, I would notice more of a haze on the inside that would easily wipe off. When the car sits over night now, with the cooler weather, the inside of the windshield will have as much "dew" and condensation on it as what you would expect to find on the outside of the car.
This issue started suddenly toward the end of summer. I have checked all rubber weather stripping and it all seems to be in condition (no rips, cracking, dry rot, etc). I have no cracks in any window. Doors seal properly. I have no holes or anything in the floor pans or anywhere else in the chassis that I am aware of.
This is mainly confined to the windshield, I do not notice any other wet windows, damp seats/carpet, or anything else. The only thing I can think of is the windshield sealant. I had the windshield replaced about 2-3 years ago, by a reputable installer..could it be possible a poor quality sealant was used and it is now breaking the seal in areas?? I honestly don't know the first thing about installing/sealing the glass so I'm taking a stab in the dark here.
Any thoughts/ideas?? Thanks in advance.

I have the same issue in my 03's rear window.

I took it to safelite, and they decided to smother the affected area (in my case was just a corner) with sealant. It helped but never completely went away.

In your case, im willing to bet it IS in fact a sealing issue. Take it back to the installer. Most offer lifetime guarantees

I think I have found the culprit...

Now to figure out how in the hell Lake HolyF$@k got into my trunk. The weather stripping around the jam seems fine and there are no noticeable holes or entry points. The carpet is drenched, so tomorrow I'm going to pull that to try and salvage it then start hunting for the water source. Scares me to know my battery has been sitting inches away from a swimming pool...

First place to check - inside trunk, right side behind carpet, that flapper valve thing.

Ouch on the lake.I would suggest cleaning out with baking soda,I assume it has a drain plug under the spare, most do.I would def dry it out with a heat gun and might even suggest using a rust preventer like por15 to coat the trunk. And lay some fresh paint. My nephews 98 accord had a issue but,not like that, battery acid got in his.Short of it cleaned out, baking soda, primer and fresh paint and etc.Good luck.

Got it all dried and scrubbed up, coated with poor 15, and some undercoat on top. When it comes time to repaint this winter I'll be spraying inside the trunk while I'm at it. Thanks for the advice though.
I think I may have found the cause...my gas filler is in the trunk jam, welded from the bottom, and there were a few holes in the weld around the back...not sure if it just got too hot while welding or I just plain didn't make a solid weld around the back. Definitely not the easiest place to weld in, lol. Anyway, I rewelded the bad area, and have coated that with undercoat as well. Next time it rains I'm going to let the car sit out for a few hours and see what happens.

Yeah I was gonna say when I first got my car I had a similar problem where the welded are along the strut tower it kicks the water up through the welded and it runs down at sits in the spare tire, I even had dirt in their too that sat at the very bottom of that spare tire well .....
