the headers will make the exhaust louder but you will need to go get it welded to fit right. i had a problem with the placement of the o2 sensor hole it was to close to my rear mount. DONT TRY TO DO IT YOUR SELF AT HOME. i swaped mine for a turbo system .
good luck with your project

Plus tell me its not a tsudo header. If so. I would recommend taking it to an exhaust shop to give you a better flex pipe and to make sure you don't get any leaks.

make sure to have a variety of extensions for the 13mm socket you will need, you're going to have to bend the dip stick tube a little, but it can all be taken off and put on from about the engine (for some reason my when i did mine i thought crawling underneath the car was a great idea, wrong)

...you want a pic, then help me build something worth taking a pic of....

Yes to the above, the headers usually make it hard to access all the bolts, a few different extensions and socket lengths can help, I used a wobble extension, it worked well. As for doing it yourself it can be done, it is just sometimes difficult to do if you don't have a lift. Leaks are a big problem with exhausts, the smallest leak will make a huge noise and throw off the sound of the car, especially at higher rpm's. I am having this issue with my cav at the moment and at this point its about time for all new exhaust. You don't have to weld if you don't want to, however it is the better way to go. If you just do joints with clamps and if you do have any pesky leaks there are a few things you can do... You can try permatex muffler/tailpipe sealer on any lose joints (non welded) that should quite any leaks of that sort, another option is Red RTV silicone gasket maker. Red is the high temp, it will hold up and seal as well, a little easier to work with than the permatex tailpipe stuff (which is more of a paste and drys faster) You can even patch holes up to about a quarter size, maybe more, with red rtv and some backing material, good for stretching the life of your pipes before a new one. Good luck
