2002 cav with 2.2 ohv has a rough idle. no codes found. ive checked everything cant figure it out please help.

Test your IAC.

A rough idle can be caused by 101 different things, which is why you haven't had much luck with responses here. You have a 5050 shot that cleaning your iac passages/checking its functionality will help.

See if you cant come up with other strange symptoms that could relate. IE Burning oil, a 40 year old air filter, ETC

Does this year of vehicle still have the TCC Solenoid. If so then you might unplug it and drive it again. I found when mine was going out it started of as being just a rough idle then it started just dying. Unpluggine it is just a temporary fix tho and i wouldn't recommend driving it for an extended period of time like that.
