use some PB Blaster on them, i had to use a 3lb sledge to get my knuckle bolts out
Finally got the strut bolts out, but ended up cutting and buying new sway bar links.
i usually just thread the nuts on backwards till they're flush with the end of the bolt, and swing the biggest hammer i can find.

I would put a jack on the control arm and jack it up a bit, it relieves tension from the bolts, and the nut that keeps spinning, pry it away from the end link, and try, its hard work, but you can do it.
