*Help* oil leaking out the top of the oil dipstick. 2.2 Eco

Hey guys I can seem to find what my problem is. Just gettin the car back on the road for spring. Here's where the problem starts.I have a s/c'd 2.2 Eco Last fall before I put the car away I hit a manhole cover laying in the middle of the road and cracked my oil pan.no oil leak before this happened. It was a minor crack so I changed the oil pan and used rtv silicone as my gasket. I noticed a small drip after replacing it. it was leaking where the dipstick tube went into the oil pan. So I siliconed that it and now it seems like it's pushing oil out the top of the dipstick tube. Somehow my crankcase it getting pressurized. I'm running a catchcan from my pcv. I can blow into it freely so I know it's not clogged. I really don't wanna do a leakdown test as I think it's a easier problem than blown rings. Car still runs perfect. I have 5 qrts oil in it so I don't think it's too much. Could I have blocked somthing with the silicone? I didn't gook the @!#$ out of it so I don't think it squished too much silicone into anything to block any ventilation. Last fall I replaced my valve cover but like I said I didn't notice any oil leaking or that the crankcase was being pressurized until I did the oil pan. Hoping somebody here might have an idea or solution
