compression issue. please help

I made a post about fuel injectors but thats not the problem. I wanted to make a post about the compression issue. I did a compression test, here are the numbers cylinder #1. 150, #2. 120, #3. 62, #4. 122. My car has 210,000 miles on it. The cars runs, just not very well. It feels like a miss. Any guesses as to how long I can drive it before it blows up or something. Im not losing any coolant and its not overheating. Is there any way I could tell if its something like a head, head gasket, or something else without tearing into the engine? Im just wondering if its the head or gasket, and how hard/expensive/risky would it be to replace the head vs the entire engine? Im very limited on money so I need to fix this as fast and cheap as possible, this is my work commuter car. I drive 100 miles a day. I found an engine for $350 at a junk yard with 118,000 miles on it, I also found a head for $150 at a different junk yard. Thanks.
