I have a 94 Z24 with the 3.1 V6, Have just replaced the power steering pump and lost a lot of fluid, need to know how much it takes to fill the system completely, If anyone can help me out I would appreciate it.
Thank you.

Well just keep adding it while checking the dipstick. ITs hard to give you how much it needs because we dont know how much it lost. Just keep adding till it gets the cold line on the dipstick. Make sure you bleed the system first, then fill it correctly bc if you dont no matter what you put in there, it can lower the level.
I lost a lot while replacing it, and leaked all over the engine so I can't tell if its leaking or not filled. I put some in, run it and then check and its empty. I think I have a leak, as I put in a whole quart bottle and am still empty, but just wanted to know for sure.

Well, its probably dry since you replaced the pump. Keep adding, and then bleed the system. It will take a little bit. But there still can be a leak. Best bet is to spray the area down really good with brake cleaner and let it dry then do it again. That will tell you if its still leaking or if its just sucking it down to fill the system.
it was leaking, I misplaced a o-ring for the resevior. I fixed it all today and it really only took about 1/2 a bottle to completely refil the system. I will check it again when I get home, but I've checked it 2wice today and it hasn't gotten any lower yet.
