I have a DD 96 Grand Am w the 2.4.
The prob I have is at a steady speed it will lose power slowly then wam its back then it repeats until i change speed.
idle is fine accel is fine.
I put a new GM engine in it 50K ago and it has been rock solid since.
Fuel psi is fine when prob happens. new 02. Ign system is 100% new. No SES light. Changed EGR with Known good one.
and still the same.
I have not scanned it but was wondering if anyone that has had same prob have any info?
Im kinda wondering about the TPS. But until I scan it or back prob it w a DVM I'd be guessing
Or maybe point me in a direction that can help me?
