Hi everyone,
Today during a snow storm here in Montreal, the traction control loght (the one where it shows a car with wiggly skid marks behind it) came on while I started going up a snow covered hill. While this light was on, the car had no power, or very little power going to its front wheels. I had the pedal to the floor and it was barely moving. It took me forever to get up that hill this way. A while later, on an even surface, I had no power loss issue even with the traction control light on. Anyone know what it is or if this is normal?
Thanks

That's how it's supposed to work. You get more friction if your tires aren't spinning, so if the trac control sees your tires spinning it takes control of the throttle and keeps them from spinning.
