my car starts and dies babout 3 seconds later and the warning lights stay on even the theft light stays solid and the tach and temp gauge dont work help please

Agree "theft system" is the primary suspect otherwise you could have someone start the engine and you spray ignition fluid through thr throtle body and see if engine stays on, if so problem is fuel related, injectors,filter, fuel pump... all components must be checked. If it doesn´t stay on the problem is electric,spark or ignition related....
well i did do that and it does stay running just not good but the theft system would cut the injectors off so is still think it is the theft system but dont know why the warning lights stay on and the theft light don't blink

not sure if it would be one of them or not for the few seconds it does run it sounds good but then just dies but the tach dont work and the warning lights never go off unless the key is turned off thought it could be gauge cluster but tried a nother and it does the same thing

Yes it is the anti-theft system. Have you tried resetting the anti-theft.
had a similar problem with my 98 z24, driving one night, stopped, car shut off, when i started it again all me dash lights were on, including the anti theft, drove home, headlights were flicking on and off and such, turned out to be the ground cable broke off the battery box, which grounds the body of the car, fixed that and no more problems
