I have a 2004 LS SPORT 5 speed obviously.
The clutch goes right to the floor and stays there inless i take my hand and push it back up.
Doesnt feel like its grabbing either.
What can cause this?
I need help asap.
Thanks so much.

You need to fill your fluid, then bleed the line. If you don't know how to bleed the line: fill it up (with brake fluid because it's all the same stuff) and pump it back and forth with your hand until it starts popping back up on its own. Then pump with your foot for awhile and drive it.
You have a leak somewhere, so I'd check the line and make sure it's not blowing fluid out. I'm not sure if the eco has the same type of line but on my 01 there's a piece that sticks in the side of the tranny that has the line coming out of it to the reservoir. That's where you bleed the line. Also, that piece in specific went bad for me and I had to replace it (if the eco cars even have it).

Yesh, They have those, little black thing or whatever sticking out the trans. I had the fluid full. but i just now bled it and everything, and nothing has changed.
So im thinkng either thats bad or the cllutch master cylinder.

your slave cylinder is probably bad, might even be your master or you TOB. When my slave went, I just went ahead and upgraded clutches, and put a brand new OEM TOB, Slave, and Master cylinder on.
x2 on the slave.
And like EvoFire said, when mine went I just upgraded the clutch as well since on our cars, the slave is on the inside so you have to pull the tranny and the engine apart. Because I do all my own work, I only felt like doing it once...

Whats TOB?
and how hard is it to drop the trans and fix the slave cylinder? and how long did it take yall?

i have like 4 slave cylinders in a box. used but not sure how old... they came with the trans i just got. they swapped slaves when ever they took the clutch apart or anything.
i had the slave go on my 2004 a few years ago too the waranty would't cover it b/c it was a 5 speed
This happend to me when i got mine...mine is 9 years older than yours but i needed a new clutch master cylinder...dealer only part because i needed the small plastic macroline that goes to the slave...
if you dont need that line, you can get it from other parts stores....ran about 140 from the dealer though...it was prebled from dealer so all i had to do was hook everything up and i was off! only took one day to get and it seemed they had them readily available!
Typically when you replace one, you should replace the other. But it's your call.

Check your line for any leaks first. Mine did that b4 and the line was cracked. B4 you take ur car apart lol.
update: So I bought LUK clutch assembly kit & the clutch master cyclinder (LUK as well)
I pulled the line that connects into the slave cylinder, and that rubber thing doesnt push out when i push in the clutch or anything,
So I'm gonna replace the master cylinder tomorrow first before dropping the transmission to see if that fixes it.
Think now that it could just be the clutch master cylinder?
