'98 Chev Cav Z24 Engine Rumbling

This is what the engine sounds like.

Car starts fine but it rumbles, makes that sound, and I've noticed a slight loss of power.

I replaced the plugs but that didn't help.

Any ideas?

(engine light is on, haven't checked the codes yet though)

replace the idi cover/coilpacks. they crack easy and often lead to a missfire. otherwise, you have an exhaust manifold leak.
