As the title says I'm trying to find these regulators and everything I find says "2 door, except conv"
Any help as to where I can get these?
These are very hard to find right now. Try yards.
Others may have better location info. But theyre rare.

Do I need the 3rd one, the one thats listed as "manual" if my windows are power?
I totally forgot about gmpd, good call
No, you don't need the manual one. I have to ask, why do you need the whole regulator? Unless the regulator itself is bent or broken, you can re-use it and just replace the motor for way less money. (All the motors are the same and are common aftermarket parts.) The motors are riveted to the regulators too, and you have to isolate the glass-counterbalance spring before you remove the motor, but it can be done for much less than replacing the whole regulator assembly. The only caveat to this is that many aftermarket motors are more powerful than the OEM ones (no surprise there). While this doesn't matter to the coupes and sedans as they have full window frames to stop the glass on the up-stroke, it makes a difference on the convertibles because the up-stops are not very robust and the constant pounding of the stronger motors will bend the stops. Just be aware. I replaced a regulator with a new OEM one, but will only do the motors in the future.
Just so you know, the convertible regulators differ only from the coupe in that the main crank arm has a few more teeth. This gives a little more travel in the regulator as the convertible window glass is slightly taller than the coupe. Also, I guarantee you that when you get the door apart, you'll find the two plastic clips that guide the leading edge of the glass in the forward glass run channel, broken and laying in the bottom of the door. These clips are discontinued. In order to keep the glass from rattling itself to death, I installed a length of felt coated rubber glass run weatherstrip in the forward glass run channel. (I got it from JC Whitney.) It's not a perfect solution, but it does work. (I can provide more details if needed.)

I used a power regulator in my Vert and have never had an issue. I drilled out the rivets and used short bolts, lock washers and nuts.
