will a 92 vin4 fit with no swaping of parts into a 96 vin4
completely different push rod lengths and everything

Not to mention that the 92 is OBD1 and the 96 is OBD2(they will not play together).

The engine will fit for sure. But you better be willing to do a lot of work before you get the car running at all.
