Heres the deal this is my second time, Replacing manual roll up window regulator, Problem I am having last time I just drilled out the rivits on the donor door regulator, No problems, Now for the second time, It not coming apart with the rivits drilled out, Not sure whats the issue, Any Idea's?. Also I am helping a buddy out with this door regulator job, Just need some input thanks in advanced.

Just keep uping the size of the bit till it comes off.
Think rivets are so dumb to use, foreign cars mainly have 10mm bolts, but GM uses rivets
