so i have an 01 Z with ABS that i parked about two months ago and drove once in that time and it seemed fine, but when i pulled it into the garage the brakes were really grabby, like from barely engaging the brakes to screeching to a halt, we replaced the rotors and brake pads and i pulled it back out and was still doin the same thing, the Haynes book suggests the proportioning valve, booster, or binding in the pedal, any thoughts? and where and what is the proportioning valve?

anyone know where this proportioning valve is? i can't find anything on it

proportioning valve will be located somewhere along the brake lines. it distributes pressure between front and rear brakes. it's probably not what you need.

All stock...........lol.
i know my cav did this after sitting even a few days... take it down the road and drag the brakes for like 100 feet. cleared it right up for me.
