its about a ten minute job to change the filter, and maybe 15 bucks at ur local parts store...its one of the jobs i call stupid simple.

the pump i have not done, but ive heard its easy too.

Do a search here, I posted a step by step on how to change a fuel filter for 95-00 models. 01 + should be similar

i got mine fixed when i got my oil changed, iirc it was around 30-40
