looking for any possible causes of my interior light turning on when im driving down the highway then fading away a second later. it has the same effect as the light fading when you turn on your car

maybe the door switch is going bad and thinks the door is open for a second and then fades out
I had the same issue and it was the drivers door switch
I had the same problem it was my door switches, I replaced them evening works awsome now.
