Basically my car is cranking but not starting. What do i look for. The pulleys are turning so its not the starter or flywheel.

So I know it was getting fuel. And didn't really know how to check for spark since I didn't have any tools so I had it towed to a guy that is going to look at it tomorrow.
So turns out that there was something wrong with the timing chain. Has anyone ever had this problem before. Something like the expander in it or something to those lines. I checked on another forum and they said that the timing chains in the ecotec aren't that great

exactly if you have an older cav, but yous sn says 04cav so im guessing ecotec then, so its same as stated though, fuel, spark, air. also check all grounds, fusable link etc.
