so i have a 99 cavi z24 and its make this loud noise. all the time. louder when i start then when im driving. its like a rattling like something spinning is going out and my system is making thumps out the subwoofers when i do anything electrical. such as trun on my lights, trun signal or open/close my door. im thinkin the problem is my alternator. any other ideas on what it could be? i just put a re-made jasper motor in about 900 miles ago, so if its the motor at least it under warranty.
yeah sounds like the alt. try swapping with a used one and see if this cures.
