So I was driving my 99, LD9, 4T40E cavalier Saturday night when all of a sudden it died. I was doing about 50mph around a harder left hand turn, and the whole car shut off. So I come to a stop in neutral, and put the car and park and it restarts fine. Like nothing happened.
This has happened three times now....where I'll he driving along and the car just dies. It always starts right back up.
Any idea or suggestions on why it is dieing would be great.

Always a left-hander? Or does it die in a straight line sometimes? I'm not much of a mechanic, so all I can suggest is that it sounds maybe like an electrical gremlin or a fuel issue.

Sounds like a loose wire somewhere. The turn is allowing movement in the wire, or wires to kill power. This could be something very hard to track down. Start checking all wiring connection all over the car.

I agree ^^
as an aside.. is it that hard to spell dying? i thought this thread was random 'dieting'

Yep,

I wish I was better at it.
Yeah, I'm thinking its a wire somewhere. Just no idea where. I am going to check all the ignition circuits and fuel circuits and go from there.
