Thanks Guys.
ive never done it, but i think the shop manuals claim like 1.5 or 2 hours. i tend to give myself atleast double what the manual says.

I'm in the middle of doing one myself, and although I've got all the nuts & bolts I see off, I can't pull the cover loose. I wonder if there's a bolt I missed behind the accessory drive belt tensioner that's integral to the cover? I'd like to know before I pull the center bolt on it & make a bad mistake for nothing.
Go beyond the "bolt-on".
Cover is sealed to the oil pan with goop.. and the front two nuts on the oil pan AS WELL AS the studs which thread into the cover must come out...otherwise you will have to drop the pan first to get the cover off.

Yeah, not to mention the one bolt hidden behind the belt tensioner. Gotta pull that tensioner off to get at it, as I found out.
Go beyond the "bolt-on".
I am looking @ 2-3 hours, Not bad thanks guys.
