i have a 98 cavalier z24 with not many mods, but i do have an autometer oil pressure gauge. (only after long distances however) my car when stopped at a light will turn on the idiot light - the little oil can with the droplet.

this is only:
WHEN THE CAR IS WARMED UP AFTER A WHILE
AT STOP AND IDLING AT 1000K
WHEN THE OIL PRESSURE GAUGE READS -1, RIGHT BELOW THE 25.

those are all the things happen at the same time. does anybody know what this could most likely be?

PLEASE NOTE:
i have changed the oil every 3k since ive had it and take good car and have replaced a lot of maintenance parts.
it just rolled over 100k miles.
