aftwe leaving my car out in the parking lot, in direct sun all day, when I start the car and get onto the highway, the speedometer screws up and so does the tachometer, in 5th gear,at 3000 rpm, im usually going 125-130 Km/hr, but when this "thing" happens, it says im going ~20km/hr (or any number) and the tach keeps increasing in rpm's, even though i can hear the engine shift and drop rpm's.
normally, its like 1st-2nd 3000rpm down to 2000rpm
2nd-3rd 3000rpm down to 2000rpm and so on.
when this "heat?" thing happens, it doesnt drop rpm, it "says" im going about 7000 rpm in fifth gear at 120Km/H even though i KNOW im not.
has this happened to anyone?

I live in the same area as you and drive an 03' so its in the same heat. It's never happened to mine and I don't see how the heat could affect it. Do the needles keep moving while you're shifting or when you let off the gas or do they pause and then rise again when you get on it again? Could just be that your cluster motors are dying. Unfortunately I'm pretty sure Mike's auto yard doens't have any 03+'s for you to get one from. The tach signal I believe comes from an inductive coil on one of your spark plugs, so if your engine isn't turning 7000 RPM, the tach isn't getting a signal for 7000 RPM which leads me to believe you need a new instrument cluster or new BCM.
