I have a 99 Sunfire Gt and when turning while going slow, I can feel a clunk, stutter in the steering wheel. It does it when turning both ways, it doesnt happen when driving fast, and doesnt happen all the time. Could it be something to do with the steering column, or where should I start looking.
Steering intermediate shaft most likely.
do you mean, i need a new one, could it be lose? what do you think
it needs lubed, really its only a minor annoyance. the thing isnt going to fall apart. Assuming that it is the intermediate shaft of course.
