Ok, i've never bled the clutch before, but here's the problem. The clutch pedal has no pressure and the only thing supporting it is the master cylinder. Is it still possible to bleed the clutch when there's no pressure at all? When you push the pedal down, it snaps down. When you lift it up, it snaps up. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
also, could this be a problem with one of the cylinders?

open valve, push pedal down, have somebody close the valve while you keep pressure on the pedal on the floor, lift once valve is closed. lather, rinse, repeat untill pedal has pressure and no air comes from bleeder.

Funny story; I was in buffalo on monday, and my clutch pedal just fell to the ground. had to call AAA and get a ride to a auto parts store to buy brake fluid and an adjustable wrench. My reservoir was empty.
Bleed took like 20 mins, but for some reason it took about 10 mins before the pedal would start returning to the normal position. i used synthetic dot 3. dont know if thats the best thing to use or not, but it works fine now.
Thought it was funny because i was soo pissed when it happened, but it was such an easy fix.
