Randomly when I'm driving my gauges will drop to zero and then back to where they were. Also all of my dash lights will some on as if I just started the car. I do not have a lot of power from the engine just the power in the dash. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I uploaded a video to show the problem. You will see it at 1:55
