Okay so about a week ago I decided to check the code that was putting my check engine light on for about a month( I had been avoiding it be cause money was tight) and it was a o2 heater circuit error sensor one bank one. So I replaced the up steam o2 sensor and about 4 hours later it threw a different code, p1406, so I did my research and I guess its a pintle piston sensor on my egr valve. So then I picked up some seafoam and carb cleaner and ordered a new screen gasket for the egr and am going to clean it this weekend when i get the gasket, do you think this will take care of it? I have all the classic signs of a dirty egr ,rough idle and weird surges and hesitation and all that, ALSO now i have a P0140 being thrown but as i understand the egr could be making that code as well, what are your thoughts?
