temps are running a little high, idle is about 600 and the motor seems to be running sluggish. coolant is dissapearing and theres no signs of any leak. i am using a rad from a 2200 and the hoses were cut up from the 2200 with t fittings. the motor ran fine for months then i stopped driving it in december and ive been driving it since mid april. so i dont know if that rad would even make a difference. i havent replaced the iat sensor or o2 sensors at all. does anybody have any ideas of whats happening? whatever it is is causing my nox reading to be 650 for the emissions.

check your oil... if not check each one of your sparkplugs... in my 2.2 ohv i would lose coolent but there was no sign of coolent in the oil.. i came to find out my head was cracked on the number 3 cylinder. thats where all the fluid was going.. my number 3 cylinder. pull your plugs and carefully put a somethin long n thin like a philip head screwdriver in each cylinder to see if you have a mixture of fuel n coolent. i know i did,

nox problem can be caused by alot of things, check your head like guy above me said but if thats not it, if you can check your spark and fuel

agreed, you need some proper diag done on this....and a proper rad/hoses wouldnt hurt either...
