Greasing Sunroof Track

Hey I have noticed lately that when I open my sunroof that it vibrates back when it opens. I looked closely at the track and it looks kind of dry. What would I be able to use to grease it up again. Might sound dumb but would vaseline work? Just a thought....any other suggestions? Thanks for the help

or use some silicone spray or viscotine, or white lithium grease

actually yes. vaseline does work. had the same problem last summer on my sunroof. and the closest thing i could find in my dads shop other than an old grease gun was vaseline. plus its clear so i thought i would give it a shot. and its worked fine for 11months now. so haha yes vaseline works.
