it shouldn't hit the cv shaft. I'd look and see how close it is to the steering end link once you drop it back down, thats where the clearance counts

exactly. if the bar goes up, it means the a arm's going up, which means the knuckle, bearing, and cv shaft are going up. shouldn't ever be an issue.

Agreed. Passenger side of swaybar lays pretty close to the axle shaft.
