ok heres the deal. we put a new motor in a 96 sunfire with the 2.4L. its started right up but only ran for about one min then died and wont start again. we pulled the coil tower thing that has the coils in it so there not going to the plugs but so there close to the cam cover so we can see if were getting spark. and if we hook a jumper wire between the two wires for the crank sensor the fan comes on and the plugs fire. but when we hook the connector to the crank sensor and turn it over, no spark. and we tried puttin a new sensor in it and it does the same thing. and we tryed getting 5 volts from the sensor but we cant from both of them. any ideas?
