It started a couple days ago. The clicks are slow at idle and a lot faster when i accelerate but not consistent with the rpms... It sounds like its coming from the left side of the engine but I can't pinpoint it. I took it into the dealership today and they were'nt sure what it is either but was told its not affecting the performance at all...
Any ideas what it could be?

Timing chain.Your tensioner on your timing chain is worn down or completly broke off so it causing you chain to slap around.

OR, a rod bearing.
