For those who don't know I recenlty finished building my boost ready engine and its been very angry at me and won't start.
So I pulled the codes off my car again yesterday and other than the Wheel speed sensors I'm getting the following code.
[PCM] P0340 - Camshaft Position (CMP) Sensor Circuit (Immature)
What confuses me is I thought that the 03 Eco's didn't even have a CMP, not until 2007 did they start using them.
Any recommendations or thoughts?
In other news it still isn't starting, I've got fuel, spark, and compression. Im starting to suspect bad gas (which I didn't believe in originally but am starting to.), or I somehow jumped timing because I'm pretty sure I had it dead on all colored links lining up with their respective markings.

if your cam sensor ( assuming it has one) is bad, that would cause a no start condition.
I am not familiar with the ECOTEC electrical.. but the computer needs SOME KIND of timing reference from either the cam or crank. Like said above, if the computer does not have that reference, the car will not start.
My 2005 Jeep Wrangler threw the same code a couple months ago and just died with everything as you speak- fuel, electrical, etc. I replaced the CAM sensor and it was up and running in a second. I would assume the new engine has this feature...but can't confirm it either.
