When the car is completely filled, like completely.... the car starts then stalls. If you let the car sit and try it again it sputter then stalls. Let it sit like 5 more minutes then turn it over it fires up fine.

After a few days when the gas tank starts to empty down, the car starts fine.

I'm thinking it's the fuel pump or fuel filter. What do you think?

Every once in a while all the lights on the dash light up for a little bit, then turn off.
