Try pulling the fuse for the cluster...fixes it temp... if your gauge is stuck pointing down, pull fuse out let sit for 5-10 min depending on what your doing, then re insert should reset the needles back to zero, mine has been getting stuck at dif speeds once it said i was doing 125+


ive got 3 speeding tickets due to this pos not working properly then when i try to explain to the cop my pos cluster is a pos and dont work he tells me i need to get it fixed but yet this officer doesnt understand i cant sit there and pay some odd out rageous price for a cluster on top of a stupid speeding ticket because GM cant give us a recall on this pos part...

my 2 cents

Cops love listening to people's excuses why they were speeding. My guages crapped out too, and it sucked. I've also gotten speeding tickets, and that sucks. But complaining about cops not listening to your valid excuse is like me complaining that I'm always late to work because I can't fly.

If you want to get out of a ticket, just fight it. Chances are the cop won't show, and if he does, you were gonna have to pay the thing anyways.
