I took my car on the highway this week and I noticed that when I go over 100Km/H my car rumbles/shakes/vibrates much more than usual. Im scared to taking it past 110Km/H for fear something will fall apart. What could be causing this????
Also, there was a snowstorm this past week and I did go through the downtown area with lots of potholes, could this attribute to the problem???

Might be time to get your tires rotated and ballanced. This may or may not be the problem, but it is a good, inexpensive place to start.
The potholes might have helped knock it out of alignment too. Take it to an alignment shop and have them check it out and what jr said too.

hey there..
There's also the possibiliy of Snow / Ice / Sand build up inside your wheels, on the inside wells, that will cause your tires to become out of balance also, maybe want to check that out also....

^^ i had the same problem last winter with my car... pulled over and knocked the majority of the snow/ice off and it was good to go.
Check out my build thread!
If you hit a pot hole hard enough you could have bent a rim also. Might want to check that out.
I have an ongoing problem with my rims. They will get dirt and @!#$ inside of them and throw my wheel/tire outta balance and i'll get a nasty vibration around 60mph. I just take my rims off and clean them with a wire brush and its all fixed.
could be a control arm bushing...i know when mine were bad the car sucked on the highway.

There are all sorts of possiblities that can cause the shaking on the highway. If none of the above mentioned resolves the prob take it to a mechanic and have them look at it. When they tell you whats wrong take it with a grain of salt and reinspect it yourself. Then 75% of the work is done you just need to fix it.
Good luck.

eh? then what was it the point of taking it to the mechanic. But ya its probably the snow somewhere in the joints of something. I'll wait for it to melt and take it on the highway again. If not, time to lift it and inspect, but I at least know where to look now.
You guys in the U.S. had a bad snowstorm also? I live in Canada. I think we got around 30cm in my area.
UPDATE: Car is fine now, it probably was just some ice/snow..
now answer my other question in the audio electronics as to why my ABS light is always on.
