I have a 96 LD9 5 spd. last night i went to get into my car, it started, i put it in reverse. started to let out the clutch, then it died. I tried to start it again and it would not start. thought it was out of gas cause i was under an 1/8th earlier in the day so i put a couple gallons of gas in it. still nothing so i said forget it and just went to bed.

got up this mornin to look under the hood and what i found was this


the chain is pushed against the timing cover. i am getting ready to pull the motor and see what the hell happened. car ran great all day and had no problems. any ideas guys. thanks a bunch
