where to attach an engine hoist/lift (cherry picker)

im about to pull my engine to do a rebuild. can anyone suggest where to attach the engine hoist?
never done it before but i think you attach that sliding balance thing that has four chains hainging down right?
and those four bolts hook up somewhere
i was thinking the intake manifold and exhaust headers?

there are pulling anchors on the the left front and the right rear of the engine (2.4)

left side is near the engine mount, there is a circular part down by the alternator. this piece is pretty beefy and will not be hard to miss.

right side is a little steel ring attached to the exhaust cam tower. (the fuel lines run right by it)
