I own a 1992 Cavalier 4 doors and it shows the fact that it is 16 years old. It is rusted the engine has developed a nice tick and the problem I have questions about has nothing to do with that.
Over the last few months or so I have gotten a loud noise from the rear of the car when getting to speeds 30+. It sounds kinda like an unbalanced washing machine. I was wondering if that could be the rear bearing assemblies or if it would be something else.
And, if it does come down to being the bearings , does anyone know where I can get a pair of cheap and reliable bearings and how difficult they are to put in, I know my way around cars but many things I haven't needed to work on just yet.
