they stay up alll the time, idk what to do GM said a new motor will be over 600 to get it installed, i was wondering if i could adjust the wipers?? i tryed taking the bolt off from wipers, couldent get them to budge so idk whats going on, if anyone knows can u help me? id rlly appreciate it
