Shaving all 4 doors, lookin to get electronic door poppers.. one question though, i don't have power locks... if i didnt have door handles, would it even be necessary to have power locks installed... i wouldnt even have to lock my doors really, if i didnt have door handles... think that's a wise idea?..
And what is required for the shaved door kits?
Spal makes a good shaved door kit. I have one personally, yet to be installed. And no, you dont need to install power locks when you shave your doors. You leave them in the unlocked position and disable the lock on the inside of the door. The spal kit comes with two solenoids and everything you need to do two doors. If you need 2 more solenoids because you have a 4 door I happen to have 2 extras brand new in the box.

I think the kit is a little over 100 bucks. Plus you have to know how to weld and do body work, unless you plan on paying a body shop to do it. I'm not sure what that would cost. if you have the knowledge its cheaper to do it yourself by a long shot...
Yea i have welding experience.. do you know any good companys that make them?
Spal. I think A-Plus performace has them for the best price. One of the guys on here could tell you more as I have never bought from them, but I hear only good things...
