1999 Caviler 2.2 Auto.

Turn the key nothing happens. Have lights and dash lights.

Check battery with load tester all good.

No clicking or any sound when turning key.

Can here fuel pump run for a few seconds

Moved shifter all over and still nothing

Had it towed to a garage, After it was unloaded I tried again and it started. Tried it 20 more times and woked everytime.

Any ideas????

If there isnt any sound then the starter isnt getting any power. Check all the wires going to, coming from, and on the starter. The safety switch on the transmission could also be bad. And i believe there is a relay either in the dash or under the hood(should be with the fuses), that could also prevent the starter from getting power. But sence it started after it was towed im going to have to say my best guess would be a loose wire on the starter.
