timing chain housing help

im trying to get to my head and valves and what not but i have to first take off the timing chain housing.
it doesnt seem to want to come off though.

ive already got the chain and stuff off, removed a couple bolts around the crank and some from the water pump area.
are there any ive over looked?

any help is great.

2.2 or 2.4?

You need to take them ALL off. There's some from the oil pan to the housing. The tensioner is usually bolted to the block. The 4 bolt for the cams housing need to come out. Cam gear out. Water pump bolts ned to come out. AC to timing housing braket need to come out (if there's one on the 2.4). The 7or 8 bolts around the crank need to come out.
