Ignition Module

I have a 96 cav that wont spark on any cylinder. So i changed the cam and crank sensor, both didnt help. So i ripped out the ignition module and coils and them tested at autozone. they tested fine, but there was only 3 bolts holding the ignition module on. and it looks like water was getting between the module and the block.. Do you think if i put the same one back on with a good cleanup job it may spark.. My next question is, does anyone have a picture of how the ignition module bolts onto the block??? i took it off blindly and now that i see it.. there are no bolt holes on it to bolt it back on? some sort of harness? 4 bolts or 3 hold it on?

Ok, i put the ignition module back in... and it has a new cam and crank sensor... still no spark.. autozone tested the coils and module for me and they are good.. i cleaned up the surfaces well so they would have a good ground...
still no spark......

any ideas?

Im looking for some help, anyone thats got an idea let me know..

1996 cavalier 2.2

started out the problem, no spark.
changed the cam and crank sensor. it has crank rpm. has injector spray
scanned it and got a ECM / PCM overheat code
took off the ignition module and coils and had them tested they are good.. and the ING mod should have a good ground.. i externally grouned it to the battery to double check.

nocked out the old ECM and the car started with the old ECM still attached after getting it out.. but then died
so i put in a new ECM. and it fired up right away.. then anti theft made it die.. theft light stopped blinking on the new ECM and now were back to no spark on the NEW ECM...

my only next idea is to flash the new ECM... anyone else got an idea? maybe i got 2 bad ECM's? what are the odds?
