Ok so reacently not to long ago a lifter started sticking. Didn't think anything of it. All has been good and I don't know if could have cause my new problem but. Every Firing of my far left piston is making a knock like someone is knocking on wood. Idk if something detonated int he piston and something broke apart inside im worried about it breaking down. Anybody got any tips or know what it is

It should be blowing a lot of blue smoke out the tail pipe if it is....
